
INTERMEDIATE II
For students who are capable English speakers and who have studied English for a considerable time before. They are able to express teir wants and needs effectively although they lack vocabulary and their pronunciation is lacking. They can hold a conversation both face to face and on the phone. Again their main problem is fluency and vocabulary. They make many common mistakes and often have to think in order to find the vocabulary they require. Their listening skills are also lacking, they can understand only parts in films and ask speakers to repeat. Their fluency level is around 60% upon entry to the course.
